Start in a push-up position with your hands on 2 dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while controlling your body in a stabilized position with the other arm supporting this movement.

If your body shakes and you are unable to stabilize your body, try bending one knee to support your body weight.

Bring the dumbbell, which you lifted up, back to the ground and alternate the lifting with the opposite arm. As you become stronger, challenge yourself with no knees bent and increase your repetition.

The correct movement and posture may take a little practice first so you might want to get help from a trainer from your gym or get someone to support for your first few attempts. Alternative start with a barbell with no weights to get the feel of movement first.

Once you’ve gotten the stabilization, squeeze your abs tightly and bend your knees slowly with your butt tilted at the back. Make sure when you bend, you do not lunge your knees forward. #03. Mountain Climbers

Start in a pushup position and make sure you are stabilized. Bend one of your leg towards your belly area. Hold for 3 seconds and straight your leg back to its original position. Repeat with the other leg.

Option
If you are unable to stabilize your body in this position, do a half climb, where you have one of your knees bend on the floor and the other will be bending towards your belly area.

This exercise sorts of resembles climbing a mountain but flat on the floor. If this is not challenging enough for you, you can do the advance version where you stretch your opposite hand 8-10inches forward while you are doing the knee bend.
